BMCC

The Bobbersmill Community Centre (BMCC) is a thriving centre which serves the local and national communities. The centre hosts a plethora of activities for children, youth and adults. If we started to write down the number of activities performed here, we would run out of hosting space on our ISP (yes, we do have a sense of humour!). On a more serious note the centre is a unique blueprint for Islamic community organisations up and down the country. We say this because, we host services for Men and Women, boys and girls, eg an Ofsted Registered Nursery, Sports Centre, Ash-Shifa Mosque, Quranic School & Memorisation Class, Arabic Classes,  regular Study Circles and Firdaus Burial Soceity. The Karimia Institutes flagship projects of Radio Dawn and the MYDP is also hosted at the BMCC.(I think we forgot to mention the original Karimia Masjid is still in Hyson Green and is also active in Deen and Dawah activities)

Dawah

Our mission statement is simple, Insha-Allah: "Promoting moral, Social and Spiritual development through worship, Education and recreation for today's Society"

The Karimia Institute is a centre for worship, education, training and self-development and the scope and variety of its activities are focussed on bringing about spiritual reawakening of the individual.

Spirituality is the sense of closeness to the creator of the universe, the wish to please him and the quest to recognise him. Our aim is to help people re-discover this great potential through learning, serving and caring.
