As you will read in the summary below, Zaytuna Nursery was awarded GOOD for all aspects of childcare and delivery of the foundation stage alhamdulillah The full Ofsted report can be seen here . Helping Children to be healthy The Inspector said: “Children’s good health is affectively promoted by the staffs who maintain high standards of hygiene and healthy eating. Children enjoy good opportunities for energetic exercise through a range of planned play in the secure out door area or sports hall.” Protecting children from harm or neglect and helping them stay safe. The Inspector said: “Children are cared for in a warm welcoming attractive safe and secure environment. Were all the activities are age appropriate and accessible. Staffs are vigilant and security is good full risk assessment is in place”. Helping children achieve well and enjoy what they do. The Inspector said: "Children are happy and enjoy there time in the nursery access the range of activities through out the session. Positive relationship between staff and children help to promote children’s confidence and self esteem. The quality of teaching and learning is good children make good progress towards the early learning goals as the staffs has the thorough Knowledge of the foundation stage. Children are motivated and share positive attitude towards learning. They concentrate well and their independence skills develop rapidly." Helping Children make a positive contribution. The Inspector said! : "Children begin to develop a sense of belonging and form positive relationships with staff and their peers. Staff are skilled in supporting children in all areas and work closely with other agency’s children behave well and show care and consideration for others. Parents are welcomed into the nursery and are encouraged to play active role in supporting their child’s education. Organisation The Inspector said: “Effective recruitment and induction procedure ensure that children are cared for by a qualified and motivated staff team. All the relevant documentation is in place to support the care of the children. It is well organised and held confidentially. The leadership and management of children are good.”
